The Service is operated by LuvLive Technologies LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Our contact email for privacy matters is luvlive@luvliveapp.com. For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), and the Saudi Arabian Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”), LuvLive Technologies LLC is the data controller of personal information processed through the Service.

We share with these processors only the information needed for them to perform their services for us, and we require them to safeguard the information consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Payments & Coins

Purchases of virtual coins on iOS are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system; purchases on Android are processed through Google Play Billing; purchases on the LuvLive website are processed through Stripe. Card numbers and full payment credentials are handled directly by these processors and are not transmitted to or stored on LuvLive servers. We retain only the limited transaction data described in Section 3.1, which we use for accounting, fraud prevention, refund handling, and tax compliance.

For host payouts, we use Stripe Connect (or, in some regions, an equivalent regulated payout provider). To receive payouts, hosts must complete identity verification, which may include providing a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and tax information. This information is collected by our payout processor and is used for compliance with anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and tax laws.

8. Live Calls & Messaging

Live audio and video calls on LuvLive are routed through end-to-end encrypted infrastructure provided by LiveKit. LuvLive does not record, store, or listen to the content of your live calls. We log only metadata about calls (participants, start time, duration, outcome) for safety, billing, and abuse-prevention purposes.

Text messages and gifts exchanged within the Service are stored on our infrastructure to enable delivery, read receipts, and conversation history. They may be reviewed by our moderation systems (automated or human) when a report is filed or when our automated systems detect a potential violation of our Community Guidelines. We may retain such records as needed to investigate reports and enforce our Terms.

Screenshots and screen recordings of calls are technically restricted within the application to protect the privacy of all participants. Attempting to circumvent these protections, or recording another user without their explicit consent, is a violation of our Terms.

9. International Data Transfers

LuvLive is operated from the United States. When you use the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers are located. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country.

For transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms required by GDPR.

For transfers from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we comply with the cross-border data-transfer requirements of the Saudi PDPL and its implementing regulations.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. 12.4 Saudi Arabia (PDPL)

If you are a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to be informed of the legal basis and purpose of data processing, the right of access, the right to request correction of inaccurate data, the right to request deletion when no longer needed, and the right to file a complaint with the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

13. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time:

  1. From within the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  2. From the web: visit luvlive.live and follow the “Delete Your Account” link.
  3. By email: send a request to luvlive@luvliveapp.com with the subject line “DELETE” from the email address registered to your account.

Account deletion permanently removes your profile, profile photo, stories, friend list, conversation history, coin balance, and matchmaking history. Some information is retained as described in Section 10. Account deletion is irreversible: a new account will not restore any prior data, friends, or coin balance.

14. Children & Minors

The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged eighteen (18) years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If we become aware that a user is under eighteen, we will promptly suspend the account, delete the associated personal information, and report any suspected child sexual abuse material to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to other authorities as required by law.

If you believe a user on LuvLive is a minor, please report them immediately through the in-app reporting tools or by emailing luvlive@luvliveapp.com.

15. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication, security, and remembering your preferences. We may also use limited analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website and to improve it. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair certain functions of the website.

Within the mobile application, we use platform-provided device identifiers (and, on Android, advertising identifiers if you have not opted out at the operating-system level) for analytics, attribution, and fraud prevention. You can reset or limit these identifiers in your device settings at any time.

16. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we will send notifications about activity on the Service such as incoming calls, new messages, friend requests, gift receipts, and important account or safety updates. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or in the application’s notification settings.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice within the Service or by sending you an email at the address associated with your account. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
