LuvLive is a live video social platform built on respect, consent, and authentic
connection between adults. These Community Guidelines describe what is and is not
allowed on LuvLive. They apply to every part of the Service: profiles, live
sessions, messages, gifts, and host content. Violations are enforced with zero
tolerance and result in immediate, permanent account termination.
1. WHO CAN USE LUVLIVE
LuvLive is for adults aged 18 and older. By using LuvLive, you confirm
that you are at least 18 years old. We use age verification at signup,
and hosts must complete identity verification through our payment
partner before receiving payouts. If we discover that a user is under
18, we will immediately and permanently terminate the account, delete
the associated data, and where required by law report the matter to
the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
2. WHAT LUVLIVE IS — AND IS NOT
LuvLive is a live entertainment and social platform. Hosts entertain
a community of viewers through live conversation, language exchange,
music, talents, and shared interests. Viewers send virtual gifts to
show appreciation.
LuvLive is not a dating service, matchmaking platform, romance app,
escort service, cam service, or adult-content site. We do not offer
swipe-to-match mechanics, romantic compatibility filters, location-based
partner discovery, or any feature designed to facilitate romantic or
sexual matchmaking. Soliciting romantic or sexual relationships through
the Service is prohibited.
3. ZERO-TOLERANCE PROHIBITED CONTENT
The following are strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate,
permanent account termination, balance forfeiture, and where
applicable referral to law enforcement.
NUDITY AND SEXUAL CONTENT
• Nudity or partial nudity of any kind, real or simulated, in photos,
video, art, illustration, or any other medium.
• Sexual or sexually suggestive content, including sexual acts,
sexual posing, sexual gestures, sexual roleplay, fetish content,
sexual sound effects, masturbation, sexual fluids, and sexually
explicit text or audio.
• Lingerie, swimwear, or revealing clothing in a sexually
suggestive context, or content where the focus is on sexualized
body parts.
ADULT PERFORMANCES AND SOLICITATION
• Adult performances, stripping, sexualized dancing, or cam-style
sexual content.
• Solicitation, advertising, or arrangement of escort services,
prostitution, "sugar dating," or any commercial sexual activity.
• Soliciting or offering sexual content, sexual acts, or sexual
services from any other user, whether for free, for coins, or
for any other consideration.
CHILD SAFETY
• Any content sexualizing minors in any way. Possession, creation,
or sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is illegal and
will be reported immediately to NCMEC and to other authorities.
• Grooming, exploitation, or any interaction designed to harm minors.
HARM, HATE, AND ILLEGAL CONTENT
• Threats, harassment, bullying, intimidation, doxxing, or stalking.
• Hate speech or content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity,
national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual
orientation, disability, age, or veteran status.
• Self-harm, suicide, or eating-disorder content that promotes,
glorifies, or instructs.
• Graphic violence, gore, animal cruelty.
• Promotion or sale of regulated or illegal goods, including drugs,
weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, fraudulent identification.
• Gambling, betting, or chance-based money-making schemes.
• Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, "get rich quick" promotion,
cryptocurrency promotion, investment-advice solicitation.
• Spam, phishing, malware, or unsolicited commercial activity.
• Misinformation likely to cause real-world harm.
• Impersonation of any person.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn").
• Content shared without the depicted person's consent.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
• Recording, screenshotting, or otherwise reproducing another
user's video, audio, photo, or message without their explicit
prior consent.
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass any technical or moderation
feature of the Service.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the
source code of the application.
• Creating multiple accounts or evading a suspension or ban.
• Selling, trading, or transferring your account, coin balance,
or host earnings to another person.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks (chargebacks on purchases the
cardholder authorized).
5. HOST STANDARDS
Hosts are public-facing creators on LuvLive and represent the
platform. Hosts must:
• Be at least 18 years old and complete identity verification.
• Wear appropriate, non-revealing clothing during all live sessions.
• Conduct live sessions in well-lit, public-appropriate settings
(no bedrooms with the host in bed, no bathroom settings).
• Avoid sexual language, sexual gestures, and sexual themes.
• Decline any viewer request for sexual content, sexual acts,
sexual services, or romantic relationships, and report such
requests to LuvLive.
• Comply at all times with these Community Guidelines and the
LuvLive Terms of Service.
Hosts who violate these standards lose host status, have pending
earnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Service.
6. REPORTING
If you see content or conduct that violates these Guidelines, please
report it immediately:
• Use the in-app report button on any profile, session, or message.
• Email us at luvlive@luvliveapp.com with the subject line "REPORT"
and as much detail as possible.
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Severe violations
(CSAM, threats of violence, sex trafficking) are escalated
immediately to law enforcement.
7. ENFORCEMENT
LuvLive may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
• Remove or restrict access to any content;
• Issue warnings, restrict features, suspend, or permanently
terminate any account;
• Forfeit coin balances and pending earnings of accounts terminated
for violations;
• Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason;
• Cooperate with law enforcement on investigations.
Violations involving illegal content (CSAM, threats of violence,
sex trafficking, fraud) result in immediate termination, evidence
preservation, and reporting to relevant authorities.
8. APPEALS
If you believe a moderation decision against your account was made
in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing
luvlive@luvliveapp.com with the subject line "APPEAL" within
30 days of the decision. Appeals are reviewed by a different team
member than the original moderator.
9. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Material
changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the
Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the
updated Guidelines.
