Refund Policy

This page provides official LuvLive policy information for users, hosts, and reviewers.

1.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL — DIGITAL GOODS

    Virtual coins on LuvLive are digital goods that are delivered to your 
    account immediately upon successful payment. Once delivered, virtual 
    coins are non-refundable.

    By making a purchase on LuvLive, you expressly agree that delivery of 
    your purchased coins commences immediately upon payment, and you 
    waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period to the maximum 
    extent permitted by applicable law.


2.  EXCEPTIONS

    Refunds may be granted only in the following limited circumstances:

    a)  Where required by mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot 
        be waived;
    b)  Where the platform on which the purchase was made (Apple App 
        Store, Google Play, or Stripe) determines that a refund is 
        warranted under its own policies;
    c)  Where, at LuvLive's sole discretion, the user has not used any 
        of the purchased coins, has not breached our Terms of Service, 
        and submits a refund request within 14 days of purchase.


3.  HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

    PURCHASES MADE THROUGH APPLE (iOS):
    Refund requests for in-app purchases on iOS must be submitted directly 
    to Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund 
    process. LuvLive cannot process refunds for Apple in-app purchases.

    PURCHASES MADE THROUGH GOOGLE PLAY (Android):
    Refund requests for in-app purchases on Android must be submitted 
    through Google Play. Visit support.google.com/googleplay or open the 
    Google Play Store app, go to your purchase history, and request a 
    refund. LuvLive cannot process refunds for Google Play purchases.

    PURCHASES MADE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE:
    Web purchases processed through our payment partner (Stripe) may be 
    refunded at our discretion under the conditions in Section 2(c). 
    Submit a request to luvlive@luvliveapp.com with the subject line 
    "REFUND" and include:
    •  Your registered email address;
    •  The transaction date, amount, and currency;
    •  The transaction ID or reference number from your purchase 
       confirmation;
    •  A brief explanation of the reason for the request.

    We will respond to web refund requests within 7 business days.


4.  CHARGEBACKS

    Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card 
    issuer, please contact us first at luvlive@luvliveapp.com. Most 
    issues can be resolved promptly without involving your bank.

    If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to:
    •  Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account;
    •  Forfeit your coin balance and any pending host earnings;
    •  Permanently block your payment methods and identity from future 
       use of the Service;
    •  Pursue recovery of disputed amounts and any associated fees.

    Fraudulent chargebacks (chargebacks on purchases the cardholder 
    authorized) may be reported to fraud-prevention networks and to 
    law-enforcement authorities.


5.  HOST EARNINGS

    Hosts earn 70% of the net value of gifts received. Once a payout has 
    been processed and transferred to a host's account, payouts are not 
    reversible by LuvLive. Disputes between hosts and LuvLive regarding 
    payouts must be raised within 30 days by emailing 
    luvlive@luvliveapp.com with the subject line "PAYOUT DISPUTE."

    Earnings of hosts whose accounts are terminated for violation of our 
    Terms of Service or Community Guidelines are forfeited.


6.  TAXES

    Where required by law, taxes will be added to your purchase at 
    checkout. Refund amounts include refund of any tax paid.
