Safety is foundational to LuvLive. We are a live social entertainment platform built for respectful adult interaction, and we have zero tolerance for adult content, harassment, exploitation, or illegal activity. This page describes the systems, policies, and tools we use to keep the community safe. SECTION 1 — AGE VERIFICATION • All users must confirm they are 18+ at signup with a date-of-birth gate. • All hosts must complete identity verification through our regulated payment partner before receiving any payouts. This includes government-issued identification, proof of address, and (where required) tax-identification documents. • We use machine-learning detection to flag suspicious accounts that may be operated by minors and we permanently terminate any account we identify as belonging to someone under 18. SECTION 2 — ZERO-TOLERANCE CONTENT POLICY The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate, permanent account termination: • Nudity, partial nudity, sexual content, sexual posing, sexual gestures. • Lingerie, swimwear, or revealing clothing in a sexually suggestive context. • Adult performances, stripping, cam-style content. • Solicitation of sexual services, prostitution, escort services, or any commercial sexual activity. • Any content sexualizing minors. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately. Read the full Community Guidelines: /community-guidelines SECTION 3 — MULTI-LAYER MODERATION LuvLive uses a layered approach to keep the community safe: AUTOMATED DETECTION Machine-learning classifiers scan profile photos, stories, and live session thumbnails for prohibited content. Suspicious content is flagged for review or auto-removed. USER REPORTING Every profile, session, and message includes a one-tap report button. Reports are queued for human review within 24 hours. HUMAN REVIEW Trained moderators review flagged content, user reports, and high-risk behavioral patterns. Moderators have authority to remove content, suspend accounts, and permanently ban users. LAW-ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION We cooperate fully with law enforcement on investigations of illegal activity. We preserve evidence and respond to lawful requests under applicable law. SECTION 4 — PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN • Live calls are not recorded. We log only metadata (start time, duration, participants) for safety and billing purposes. • Screen-recording and screenshotting are technically blocked inside the application to protect host and viewer privacy. • Users can block other users at any time from any profile or session. • Users can delete their account at any time, in-app or via /delete-account. SECTION 5 — USER TOOLS Every LuvLive user has the following safety tools available at all times: BLOCK Block any user to prevent them from contacting you, seeing your profile, or being matched with you in discovery. REPORT Report any profile, session, or message to our moderation team. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. PRIVACY SETTINGS Control who can find you, message you, and see your profile. DELETE ACCOUNT Permanently delete your account and associated data at any time. SECTION 6 — CHILD SAFETY LuvLive has zero tolerance for content sexualizing or endangering minors. Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any exploitation of a minor are reported immediately to: • The U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), which works with law-enforcement agencies worldwide; • Other authorities as required by law in the user's jurisdiction. If you are a minor and have been targeted on LuvLive, or if you believe a user on LuvLive is a minor, please report the account immediately through the in-app report tools or by emailing luvlive@luvliveapp.com with the subject line "URGENT - MINOR". SECTION 7 — FRAUD PREVENTION • Automatic suspension of accounts that initiate chargebacks while investigation is pending. • Identity verification on all hosts before payout. • Automated fraud detection on coin purchases. • Permanent ban for fraudulent activity, with cross-reference to industry fraud-prevention networks.
